Is this saddle waterproof? Yes, the saddle is waterproof (equivalent to IPX6 rating).

What's the size of the saddle? The saddle measures 280 x 250 x 130mm / 11.02" x 9.84" x 5.12" (L x W x H). It is large and wide to provide better support.

Is it easy to install? Yes, it's easy to install on all kinds of bicycles. A full manual is included, and installation instructions videos are also available. It can be installed in about 5–10 minutes.

How do you adjust the saddle angle? Loosen the nuts on your seat post cradle (or on both sides of the included seat clamp if you use that). Adjust the angle, and then re-tighten the nuts firmly.

Does this saddle have a light on the back? No, it doesn't have a light, but there is a large reflector on the back that reflects light from car headlights, enhancing rider safety by increasing visibility.

Is this seat suitable for Seniors? Yes, this seat puts comfort first, making it very suitable for senior riders. The oversized seat provides more support, and the thick, high-density foam gives better cushioning. The shock absorbers enhance riding comfort and help protect the spine by reducing the impact of rough roads.

Can I use this seat if I weigh more than 200 pounds? Yes, this seat can bear a weight of up to 600 pounds.

Can this saddle relieve pain in the spine? Yes, this bike seat features thick padding and dual shock absorbers to cushion the rider and reduce the impact of rough roads. The more upright seating position may also reduce stress on the spine.

What is the distance between the seat rails? The distance between the seat rails is 36.7–38mm, suitable for almost any seat post cradle with proper installation and adjustment.

Does this saddle have any squeaking or other noise when riding? No, this saddle has a solid build that's dependable and durable. It has passed Bike Seat Pressure Resistance Testing (extended application of a 300kg load to the bike seat) and Compression Endurance Testing (padding heavily compressed 300,000 times). The saddle didn't produce noise in practical riding tests.
